The habit heroes

Based on the document provided, The Habit Heroes: Adventures in Healthy Living & Kindness is a children’s book targeting ages 4 to 8.

The story follows a 7-year-old boy named Leo who learns to replace untidy, unhelpful habits with positive ones after his grandmother gives him a “Habit Box”. As Leo consistently practices good behaviors—such as making his bed, brushing his teeth thoroughly, cleaning his room, and using kind words—he earns “magic” coins. By the end of the week, Leo realizes the true reward isn’t just the coins, but the pride and joy he feels from his new, productive daily routine. The book concludes with a “Checklist for Super Kids” that provides actionable advice for children to build healthy habits in categories like “Healthy Body,” “Clean Spaces,” “Kind Words,” and “Happy Minds”.
