By accessing BookFlow through the website or any electronic device, you acknowledge, accept, and agree to be bound by the terms of this AUP, which are structured to ensure a secure and efficient platform for all users. This AUP is effective immediately upon your first interaction with or login to BookFlow. By accepting this AUP, you explicitly agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy and Listing Policy.
You acknowledge and understand that BookFlow is an internet-enabled electronic platform that acts as a venue to facilitate communication for advertising and distributing information pertaining to books, goods, and/or related services. You further agree and understand that we do not endorse, market, or promote any of the listings, postings, or user information, nor do we at any point come into physical possession of, or engage in the transaction or distribution of, any goods or services listed on our Site.
While interacting with other users regarding any posting or exchange, we strongly encourage you to exercise reasonable diligence, common sense, and caution just as you would in traditional offline channels before completing any intended sale, purchase, or exchange of information. We highly recommend reviewing our Safety Tips before conducting any transaction on the Site.
“Your Information” is defined as any data, text, or images you provide to us or other users during registration, ad posting, listing, messaging, or through any feedback/discussion forum. You represent that you are the lawful owner holding all rights, title, and interest in Your Information. You agree that you are solely responsible and accountable for Your Information, and that BookFlow acts as a mere passive conduit for your online distribution and publication.

If you register on the Site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your User ID, password, and registered email address, as well as restricting unauthorized access to your computer or mobile networks. You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account credentials. If you access the platform without registration, this AUP remains fully applicable to you in the same manner as a registered user.
Use of BookFlow is available only to individuals who are Citizens of the Republic of India, 18 years of age or older, and fully competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are accessing BookFlow on behalf of a corporate legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the lawful authority to bind that entity to this AUP, and you accept individual accountability for all information placed on the Site under that entity.
The Site contains a mix of content belonging to users, proprietary information from BookFlow, and third-party materials. You agree not to copy, scrape, modify, or distribute such content, BookFlow copyrights, or trademarks. By submitting Your Information or posting content on the Site, you grant BookFlow a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to use, host, reproduce, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content across our platform and associated networks. We reserve the absolute right to remove any content suspected of violating this AUP, our Listing Policy, or third-party rights.
You agree not to hold BookFlow, its creators, or its officers responsible for listings, items, or communications posted by various users. Most postings are user-generated directly, and we do not exercise prior editorial control over the substance of the listings. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, quality, safety, or legitimacy of any listings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookFlow is not liable for any loss of money, goodwill, reputation, or any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our platform or your transactions with third-party buyers or sellers. We exclude all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, quality, or continuous secure access to our services.
BookFlow offers optional paid premium/featured packages that users can purchase to highlight their listings and gain more visibility. You agree that all purchases of premium packages are final, static, and completely non-refundable under any circumstances once the service or placement is activated.
BookFlow may contain external web links to websites operated by independent entities. If you choose to visit any linked site, you do so at your own risk, subject to that site’s terms and privacy policies. Interactions with organizations or individuals found on or through our service, including payments or physical deliveries, are solely between you and those parties. You must perform any necessary verification before proceeding with any online or offline transaction with third parties.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BookFlow, its founders, subsidiaries, successors, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, liabilities, or legal expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, your breach of this AUP, your misuse of our services, or your violation of any applicable laws or rights of a third party.
This Acceptable Use Policy, along with the Privacy Policy, shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. You explicitly agree that any legal matters, claims, or disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of BookFlow shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located at Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
