A person posing as an acharya, but speaking unauthorized philosophy which is contrary to the teachings of the sastra, and so also anyone who claims to be his disciple and hears such misleading teachings, thereby lending credibility to nonsense philosophy, all these are destined for Hell". "A person who is wallowing in carnal pleasures and material comforts, who is confused about the human goal of life and is devoid of bhakti, and yet who claims to be a guru, such a depraved charlatan must be rejected".
